These terms and conditions are subject to change.
Payment
All payments are due upon service request. Once payment has been processed, the client is responsible for payment. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the client forfeits their slot to be serviced. If no payment is received, no session will be scheduled.
Refund/Return Policy
There are no refunds given out on services, unless a circumstances permit. Partial refund maybe given under certain circumstances. If you are not satisfied with services please feel free to reach out to my support team for a possible resolution.
Booking Policy/Cancellation
A session may be booked 14 days in advance. Upon booking please provide required information. A session may be cancelled at any time as long it is within booking policy time limit, which is 1- 2 hours before session. You have the option to reschedule. The reschedule limit is three, you are allowed three reschedules. If you fail to reschedule within the limits allotted for rescheduling, no refund will be given. If you miss original scheduled session and all three reschedules you will not be able to book another session for 90 days. This policy also applies to the free consultation booking. This policy applies to the free consultations as well.
Complaints
Any complaints about services or results may be sent to my support team: rubyjuuradiotraffikkdrive@gmail.com or you can call (470) 289-6435. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and a detailed look at the complaint will be conducted.
Legalities
Ruby Juu Radio Traffikk Drive is not responsible for any failed results or lack of participation in driving traffic to your page. Once client session is fully completed it is up to the client to use the strategies and tools Ruby Juu Radio Traffikk Drive provided to drive traffic to their page. Ruby Juu Radio Traffikk Drive shares no responsibility for clients who don’t put in the work or the effort to make it happen.
